I visited for bubble tea, but it tasted entirely like plain milk with no trace of actual tea. When we tried to explain this to the employee, there was a significant language barrier, and he couldn't understand our feedback. If you want to retain customers, it's essential to have staff who can understand and address customer concerns. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the drinks and the service, but I hope they can improve in the future."

It’s a quiet place. It is so cold in here so dress warm! I’m a bit sad there were no dairy free milk alternatives. We still got some drinks! We got less ice in drinks but there was less tea. It is very clean and organized. They gave a unisex bathroom that was very clean! My drink was supposed to be black tapioca instead it was just purple and white that tasted awful.

All the college kids below that have rated this place above one star are delusional. They haven’t had legit boba. The classic Black Tiger Milk boba taste like milk…with a metallic taste. The tapioca pearls have no flavor. I have no words, I feel like my taste buds were assaulted. If I could press charges, I would. Save yourself, ignore all the other reviews. Oreo Black Tiger Milk also taste like milk. Worst Boba ever!!!!

One of the best boba spots I’ve ever been to! The older gentleman who made my drink was so kind, humble, and respectful ! you can tell he truly takes pride in what he does. Every time I’ve come in, he’s consistently polite, welcoming, and makes the drinks perfectly. The quality is always on point, the flavors are balanced, and the service is top-tier. You can really feel the good energy here. 10/10 customer service and drinks ! this place is definitely a hidden gem!

The best!!! The waiter is very friendly, and the place is very quiet, good for hanging out with friends. And the drinks are amazing, too—very good and refreshing. If you're stressed and have a lot of homework, a Teamalaya drink is the best.🧋
